The prices depending on the chosen period and the length of stay. We suggest you to ask a quote before.

The price include all utility cost (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection and condominium charges).

THE PRICE DUE DOESN'T INCLUDE THE CITY TAX, THAT HAS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY.

Reservation: at the time of booking can be required to pay an advance.

The balance must be paid cash upon arrival at the apartment, when you receive the keys of the apartment.

Cancellation policy:

- if the cancellation is communicated  20 days before the date of beginning of the rental period it is provided the repayment of the entire amount paid (€ 15 deducted as an expense reimbursement);

- if the cancellation is made less than 20 days from the first day of the rental period, the total amount of the reservation is not refundable.

It is faculty of the managers, ask for an additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of the lease, after checking the integrity of the apartment.
